Do you need to buy car insurance from a human?

Let’s face it: Even though we may fight a lot and generally disagree on most things, we humans generally like each other’s company. Other humans can comfort us when we need help. We like buying big items with the help of a person trained to answer our questions.
So then where does car insurance come in?
It’s super mundane slice of our lives. People like to set their car insurance and then forget, hoping never to hear about it again, unless there’s somehow a drop in rates for loyalty or safe driving.
